Prasan Prabhakar

Founder & CEO, AVADVIS

Prasan brings more than 30 years of experience building and scaling enterprise software practices, product teams, and delivery organizations, including operating responsibility for business units at around half-billion-dollar scale. His background spans digital transformation, workflow and low-code platforms, customer orchestration, and turning underperforming units into high-performing teams.

A consistent thread in his career is identifying recurring enterprise patterns, abstracting them into reusable platforms, and simplifying complexity at scale. Incubation has been central: new businesses, capabilities, products, teams, and revenue streams into repeatable operating models. In the mid-1990s, he helped build a model-driven code-generation platform that abstracted workflow patterns across technologies and industries in real-world delivery. ImagineNXT extends that same philosophy to enterprise AI, translating business intent into governed, orchestrated multi-agent workflows deployed repeatedly across business contexts.

He founded AVADVIS and ImagineNXT to close the gap between AI ambition and governed production: multi-agent orchestration in infrastructure the customer controls, with guard-railed agents, human approvals, and audit built in from the start.

He sets direction across Orchestrator, Advisor, the NXT Zone, and AI Strategy Advisory, and works with CXOs, boards, investors, and business leaders across enterprises, GCCs, technology companies, and growth-stage businesses on strategy that converts into execution. His advisory work stays responsible, confidential, and focused on outcomes that hold up at enterprise scale.

He believes AI should be applied only where there is clear business purpose, strong governance, and human accountability.

He has written numerous industry articles on AI and digital transformation, has been guest faculty at IIM Calcutta, and has received industry recognitions for leadership in technology and transformation.

Advisory Partner, Strategic Advisory

VB brings nearly three decades of experience in enterprise-scale delivery, operating-model design, and C-suite engagement across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and other complex global programs. A chartered accountant and cost-accounting gold medalist, she is known for turning strategy into accountable execution and measurable results.

As Advisory Partner at AVADVIS, she helps leaders translate agentic AI and intelligent orchestration into business impact on the ImagineNXT path from Ideate through Engage, including use-case prioritization, governance, and the handoff from strategy to platform adoption.

She is closely involved in the NXT Zone with ALICE, where executives and teams explore scenarios on a live canvas before production commitment. Her approach pairs innovation with accountability: ambition tied to ROI, and vision tied to execution teams can run.
